Claudine is the External Relations Manager for the Dayton Metro Library. Previously, she was the Marketing/Communications Manager for the City of Kettering Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Department for 23 years. She holds a BA in Communications from Wright State University and an MPA from the University of Dayton and brings 30+ years of communications experience to the Kettering Backpack Program board.
